6. Damaged Items and Claims
- In the rare case that your order arrives damaged, we require you to provide a parcel opening video to claim a replacement or compensation. The video must meet the following criteria:

- The parcel should be fully covered in the frame throughout the video, clearly showing the condition of the packaging and the contents inside.
- The video must be well-lit, clear, and of high enough resolution to properly assess the damage.
- Claims for damaged goods must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving the parcel. Failure to provide the necessary video or claim within this time frame will result in forfeiture of the claim.
7. Shipping and Delivery
